Our contribution to raising funds for Type 1 Diabetes at this year’s Spring for a Cure was packed full of flavor and taking on a form of its own!  This Yagenbori Cured Beef Tenderloin with Kimchi Aioli, Cilantro and Crispy Shallots wrapped in Daikon was the talk of the room:
